Key telephone systems come in between the range of KSU less phones and PBX phones. This type of a phone system uses a central control unit called the Key System Unit to provide features and functions which are not available in ordinary phones. Key phone systems come with most features any business would usually want, but are far less flexible than PBX phone systems. Although in recent times, the difference between Key and PBX systems have become blurred due to the advancement in technology blending the two of them together.
